SMS, Email & Recipient Notifications
Current card sharing is sender-initiated through text, WhatsApp, email or link. Business-sent notifications and branded SMS are conditional future services, not a promise of automatic delivery.
7.1 Purpose of delivery messages
Only Cards may send electronic notifications to deliver greeting cards requested by senders.
These messages may include the sender’s name, a notification that a card is waiting, and a secure link to view it.
7.2 Appropriate use
Senders must provide accurate recipient contact details and must not use the service for harassment, spam, fraud, or unauthorized marketing.
Only Cards may apply reasonable rate limits, fraud prevention controls, and content restrictions.
7.3 Transactional and marketing messages
Service-related notifications are distinguished from optional marketing communications.
Where a message constitutes commercial electronic marketing, applicable consent, identification, and unsubscribe requirements will be followed.
A person receiving a greeting card will not automatically be subscribed to promotional messages.
7.4 Unwanted messages
Recipients may report unwanted card notifications or abusive content to Info@onlycardss.com.
We may restrict repeated or abusive sending where appropriate.
7.5 Sender identification
Where applicable, Only Cards will comply with requirements concerning business identification in electronic communications and registration of branded SMS sender IDs.
