“I agree to the Terms and Conditions and acknowledge the Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.”
Optional marketing consent
“I’d like to receive occasional updates, offers, and news from Only Cards. I can unsubscribe at any time.”
This marketing checkbox should not be preselected where opt-in consent is required.
Immediate digital delivery — UK/EU
Where legally appropriate for the actual product classification, present a separate affirmative checkbox before immediate paid fulfillment:
“I expressly consent to Only Cards beginning delivery of my digital card immediately, before the end of the applicable cancellation period. I acknowledge that I may lose my statutory right to cancel once digital content supply begins, where the law provides for that result.”
Any required confirmation should be supplied on a durable medium.
Cash-gifting notice
“Cash gifts are sent directly by the sender using their own Revolut, PayPal or Wise payment link. Only Cards never holds, transfers or guarantees gift money.”
Free-launch offer wording
“Digital cards are free during our introductory launch promotion, subject to fair-use limits. We will never charge you for a free card without your authorization.”
